There is inside you all of the potential to be whatever you want to be, all of the energy to do whatever you want to do.
Imagine yourself as you would like to be, doing what you want to do.
And each day, take one step towards your dream.
And though at times it may seem too difficult to continue, hold on to your dream.
One morning you will awake to find that you are the person you dreamed of, doing what you wanted to do, simply because you had the courage to believe in your potential and hold on to your dream.

Samantha Lamb’s Photography makes me want to run out to a field and spend the entire day there!
She has a magical way of capturing light and telling stories with each one of her images - pulling you into another time, another place where you could get lost for hours.
Find more of Samantha’s work on her website, online shop, flickr stream, and etsy shop.

Introducing the Female Photographers of Etsy, a group of extremely talented female photographers who have come together to bring you beautiful artistic photography (just browse the stores linked on the blog). The images above are merely a sample. I hope that these images inspire you to think outside of the box – you’ll never look at the world the same again.
I am so pleased to be a member of this group, and I always look forward to the new talent that I find there!

When I got married six years ago, I gave very little thought to my wedding photographer. If only I knew then what I know now!
Heather and Jon, of One Love Photo, make weddings absolutely magical! Their artistic style of wedding photography is so different and so much more beautiful than your average cookie cutter wedding photos. They use a combination of digital, medium format, through the viewfinder, homemade lenses, and plastic toy cameras. They bring style, grace, and a mysterious elegance to each and every image. I simply adore their work.
“Our main goal is to create un-traditional photographs of your family and friends being their fabulous selves. To capture your natural love on your wedding day with a funky artistic twist.”
And when we decide to renew our vows….. I know exactly who I want behind the camera.
As their blog suggests, the photos alone are reason enough to get married!
Visit Heather and Jon’s website, blog, and flickr stream for more of their work.

I decided to do this the old-fashioned way! Congratulations to Debbie! My special helper, Gabrielle, picked her name from the bunch! Debbie wins a 5×7 print of “collect your thoughts“! Debbie, I’ll be in touch for your mailing address.
I would like to thank everyone who participated in the launch and giveaway and shared words, blogs, people, and places that inspire you! Seriously, if you have not read all of the inspiring links and stories, please do so now. Thanks so much for sharing in this space.
I’ve enjoyed your comments so much that I am thinking about making a regular weekly post where everyone can share their own inspiring links, people, places, and images. How does that sound?

If you like stories and images, you’ll love 1000 words. You know the saying, “A picture is worth a thousand words”? Well, this blog takes that quite literally.
The idea is simple – Hannah takes a picture which in turn inspires David to write a story. A story of 1000 words to be exact. Updated on the 10th of every month, I always look forward to their collaboration.
When I am behind the camera, I often keep this notion in mind. I strive for my photos to tell a story, to be interpretated in many different ways.
When you have a chance to sit back, relax, and read a bit – head over to 1000 words. My favorite image and story is June1K. Go and find yours.
